BODY - The Beachbody Company names Mark Goldston executive chairman

The Beachbody Company ( NYSE: BODY ) said Thursday it has appointed Mark Goldston to the newly created role of executive chairman of the company's board.
The appointment will be effective on June 15, 2023.
In connection with Goldston’s appointment, the chairman position will be retired.
Co-founder Carl Daikeler will continue serving as a director and CEO and remain a controlling shareholder of the company.
