BKE - The Buckle stock boosted by earnings beat

The Buckle ( NYSE: BKE ) stock jumped on Friday after rising above Q4 earnings estimates.

For the fourth quarter, the Nebraska-based apparel and footwear retailer reported GAAP EPS of $1.76, beating the analyst consensus by $0.15. Additionally, $401.8M in revenue exceeded expectations by $15.44M.

Comparable store sales increased 4.6% year over year. Online sales increased 2.3%, rising to $74.8M and coming to make up a more significant chunk of overall revenue.

Shares of The Buckle ( BKE ) rose 2.9% in premarket trading on Friday.
