• There are three considerations for investments: Financial, personal, and moral.
• Cannabis REITs initially experienced price gains but have since seen a decline in favor due to inflation and economic challenges.

Every investment we make comes with three considerations:

1. A financial one, which measures how likely it will pay off in and of itself.
2. A personal one, which measures how well it’s suited for our individual needs.
3. A moral one, which measures how much good or harm it will do along the way.
