CHARLOTTE, N.C. , May 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Cato Corporation (NYSE: CATO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share.  The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2022 to shareholders of record on June 13 , 2022.

The $0.17 dividend, or $0.68 on an annualized basis, represents an annualized yield of 5.4% at the closing market price on May 19, 2022 .
