One company that I have been bullish about for quite some time now is The Chefs' Warehouse ( CHEF ). In my last article about the company, published in December of last year, I reaffirmed it as a ‘buy’ candidate. The overall trajectory that the company was on seemed positive, and shares of the business were attractively priced. This made for a perfect picture that justified a bullish outlook. On top of this, management had high expectations for the next few years, driven by the prospect of acquisitions, organic sales growth, operational improvements, digital transformation, and changes in both procurement and pricing....
