Apparently this is the end of Dominion Energy (D)/Scana (SCG) saga as the final seventh regulator of South Carolina have approved the deal. Announced on the 3rd of January all throughout this year this deal was looked at as very risky one and the spread it was packing matched that (the first time I covered this deal it was 35%).
