The Congressional Budget Office ((CBO)) released its revised 10-year federal budget outlook on September 2, 2020. It only considers the spending and tax legislation that is currently authorized. It specifically takes a crack at estimating the impact and consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic: the Wuhan Flu. Suffice it to say that so far, all the experts i.e. medical, economic, psychological have miscalculated the course and consequences of the pandemic om public health, the economy, and the financial markets.
