THG - The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.85 Per Common Share

WORCESTER, Mass. , Dec. 4, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. (NYSE: THG) announced today its board of directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend to $0.85 per share on the issued and outstanding common stock of the company, payable December 29, 2023 , to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2023 .

"We are pleased to announce a 5% increase in our quarterly dividend, highlighting our board's confidence in the overall financial strength of our company and our prospects," said John C. Roche , president and chief executive officer at The Hanover . "This dividend increase will mark our 19 th consecutive annual dividend increase.
