• I see neither on the horizon, as the Fed is likely to be far more gradual than the market is currently anticipating.
• The rate of inflation should decline as the year progresses and the pandemic fades.
• Corporate earnings reports are exceeding estimates at a rate consistent with the five-year average of 8.6%.
• I am leaning bullish in my equity allocation until I see earnings estimate revisions start to decline.
