THGPF - THG stock jumps after it confirms Apollo acquisition proposal

- THG ( OTCPK:THGPF ) confirmed on Monday the receipt of a preliminary, non-binding proposal from Apollo Global Management ( NYSE: APO ) to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the U.K. online retail platform.
- Terms of the proposal were not disclosed.
- THG said in a statement that it is not sure whether Apollo ( APO ) will make a firm offer, according to a Bloomberg report . The private equity firm has until May 15, 2023 to make a firm bid.
