- ThreeD Capital ( OTCQX:IDKFF ) intends to launch a share buyback program for up to 2.4M shares, representing ~5% of the issued and outstanding shares, at market price prevailing at the time of the acquisition.
- The Canada-based venture capital company may effect the normal course issuer bid through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange from Jul. 27, 2022, to Jul. 26, 2023.
