(TSXV:TTD) (OTC:TKSTF) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces thesigning of a Definitive Agreement ("Agreement") with MaitriHealth Technologies ("Maitri" CSE:MTEC) for the marketing and distribution of Tinkerine's current andfuture products to global markets, and the design of new medicalproducts and devices that are jointly developed by Tinkerine andMaitri. Maitri's initial focus will prioritize the introduction anddelivery of Tinkerine's proprietary products to North Americangovernment bodies and organizations.

2. Exclusive license for Maitrito manufacture Tinkerine Products to generate sales and distributionin continental North America (Canada, USA, Latin America) andEurope.

3. Manufacturing agreementwherein Maitri will provide designs of Maitri products for Tinkerineto manufacture.

4. Joint development agreementwherein Maitri will provide potential products and devices forTinkerine to evaluate and review for potential design, manufacturing,and implementation.
Maitri shall oversee and manage all activities relatedto testing and certification to ensure all products and devicesconform to standards and specifications established by Maitri andapplicable law in each specific jurisdiction.
