TKSTF - Tinkerine signs MOU with Ocean Legacy Foundation for the development of Ocean Plastic Waste 3D Printing Solutions

(TSXV:TTD) (OTC:TKSTF) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces it hasentered into an Memorandum of Understanding(“MOU”) with the Ocean Legacy Foundation(“OLF”) for the establishment of a working partnership to permitthe creation and interchange of information, including scientific,technical and financial collaboration in the area of the use of OLFrecycled plastics material in 3D applications and the development of alarger format systems that would utilize OLF plastic materials forlarger type structures and products.
The Ocean Legacy Foundation (“OLF”) is a Canadianbased non-profit organization, founded in 2014 with the goal to endocean plastic pollution. OLF is an internationally recognizedorganization that has developed a world leading Plastic PollutionEmergency Response program called EPIC. This dynamic approachintegrates Education, Policy, Infrastructure development and Cleanup.Our goal is to give wasted plastic resources an economic value tostimulate the plastic circular economy and provide communities withthe long-term tools they need to steward their environment whilekeeping plastic out of the oceans.
The objective of this Agreement defines how Tinkerineand the Ocean Legacy Foundation wish to combine their respectiveskills, expertise, experience and resources to;

1) Determine the economicviability for the design, manufacturing, marketing, and distributionof the products developed for 3D applications using recycled plasticmaterials provided by OLF;

2) Collaborate in theexploration and development of a large format system that will utilizeOLF recycled plastic pellet material in a 3D manufacturingapplication.
Under this Agreement, TTD shall:

a. Utilize in-house knowledge ofAgile Applied Design processes, and 3D printing expertise for theformulation of OLF plastic material in 3D applications.

b. Leverage existing design, 3Dintellectual property and team capabilities to fabricate prototypes ofsaid products.

c. Work with OLF to build anddesign systems that will utilize the proprietary TTD software andmanagement systems in large format systems to turn plastic waste intoeconomically viable products.
OLF shall:

a. Identify and provide thedifferent types of recycled plastic materials and assist in theresearch of material development.

b. Collaborate with TTD toprovide design, engineering and operational assistance includingbuilding, testing and validation for the 3D application.

c. Assist in providing materialspecifications and characteristics on a coordinated global basis forintegration into 3D applications.
