Titan Medical (TMDI) enters a bought-deal agreement with Bloom Burton Securities pursuant to which the underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a 'bought deal' basis, ~6.45M units of the company at a price of $1.55 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $10M.Net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the development of the robotic surgical technologies and for general working capital.Offering is expected to close on or about January 29, 2021.
