- Title insurance, underwriting and escrow services provider Williston Financial Group has agreed to acquire certain branches of the real estate company Doma Holdings ( NYSE: DOMA ).
- The two have signed and closed the agreement for some of the branches of Doma's West Coast local retail title operations.
