TRCH - Torchlight Energy on fire after declaring special preferred dividend

Torchlight says common shareholders of record on June 24 will be entitled to receive one share of Series A preferred stock on a one-for-one basis. The company says it expects its deal with Metamaterial to close before the end of this month.
