CDUAF - Toronto-Dominion On The Bubble: Q1 2021 Portfolio Review

• Toronto-Dominion is at the top of my watch list. If added, it would become the 25th position in my retirement income portfolio.
• The purpose of the portfolio is to provide supplemental retirement income through a relatively safe, growing dividend stream.
• Q1 began with 21 holdings. Three new positions were added: Home Depot, Healthcare Trust of America and Prudential Financial.
• The gain for the quarter was 7.7%. Cash is low at 3.0%. The portfolio dividend yield at quarter end is 3.32%, or 3.42% ex-cash.
• I've set a cap on income from any individual security, and I continue to revise my "scoring" system for ranking the portfolio holdings.
