SPLN - TPT Global Tech's subsidiary Innovaqor changes name and effects reverse share split

TPT Global Tech's ([[TPTW]] -1.3%) subsidiary InnovaQor ([[SPLN]]) completed the FINRA process for name change and reverse share split of 1:20.InnovaQor is formed post the merger agreement between Southern Plains Oil and InnovaQor which has a Software Licensing Agreement with TPTW enabling it to utilize features from TPTW's TV and Social Media platform Viewme Live.Southern Plains Oil completed its name change to InnovaQor and a reverse split of its common stock as defined in the merger agreement; process to change the trading symbol to INOQ is initiated, expected to be effective within the next thirty days.TPT Global also plans complete the recently executed agreement with Rennova Health to merge the latter's software and genetic testing interpretation divisions, Health Technology Solutions ((HTS)) and Advanced Molecular Services Group ((AMSG)) into InnovaQor.TPTW will receive ~5M common shares in InnovaQor and it intends to distribute 2.5M of these shares to its shareholders.
