TRXC - TransEnterix down 6% after $69.25M capital raise

TransEnterix (TRXC) has increased the size of the previous offering and underwriter will now purchase ~23.1M shares at $3.00/share, for gross proceeds of ~$69.25M.Underwriter's over-allotment is an additional ~3.5M shares. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and funding R&D activities.Closing date is January 29.Shares down 6% after-hours.
