TGA - TransGlobe Energy receives approval for listing transfer to capital market; granted additional 180-day period for regaining listing compliance

Nasdaq notified TransGlobe Energy (TGA) that the company's application to transfer its common shares from The Nasdaq Global Select Market to The Nasdaq Capital Market is approved.Shares will commence trading on the Capital Market effective Dec.31, 2020, market open and will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the same symbol.Also, Nasdaq granted the company an additional 180-day compliance period, or until June 28, 2021, to regain compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price per share requirement.Shares +4.5% premarket.
