VANCOUVER, British Columbia – TheNewswire - October 31, 2023 – Treatment.com International Inc. (CSE:TRUE ) ( OTC:TREIF ) ( Frankfurt:939) (the “Company” or “Treatment”) is pleased to announce that theCompany’s Board of Directors have approved a name change to“Treatment.com AI Inc.” The Company’s trading symbol on theCanadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) shall remain the same.
No action is required to be taken by shareholders withrespect to the name change. Outstanding share and warrant certificatesare not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.The Company will issue a further news release announcing the effectivedate in which the Company will commence trading under the new name andCUSIP number.
The name change remains subject to CSE approval.
Additionally, the Company announces the appointment ofDr. Kevin Peterson, MD as Chief Medical Officer, effectiveimmediately.
