TRMR - Tremor International rebrands products and platforms within its portfolio as Nexxen

• In wake of the integration of Amobee earlier in 2023 , Tremor International ( NASDAQ: TRMR ) has rebranded itself as Nexxen.
• The integrated demand-side platforms Amobee and Tremor Video, the supply-side platform Unruly, and the CTV ad server Spearad are all included in the new unified brand name and identity for the company. These important business divisions will now function as the Nexxen DSP, Nexxen SSP, and Nexxen Ad Server, respectively.
• Together, the Nexxen SSP and Nexxen Ad Server will launch as Nexxen CTRL.
• The company also intends to change the listed Tremor International Ltd. parent company name to Nexxen International Ltd., subject to a shareholder vote at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
• The company does not currently anticipate any changes to its Ordinary share or ADR structure in connection with the proposed parent company name.
