  • Schemm will continue to serve as CFO until June 9, with Bryan Fairbanks assuming interim CFO responsibilities.
  • Fairbanks, currently President and CEO, previously served as CFO from August 2015 until becoming CEO in April 2020.
  • Trex has initiated the search for the next CFO to fill the position.
