TCN - Tricon to deliver 3K+ new build-to-rent homes across 23 communities

In its update on active build-to-rent community pipeline, Tricon Residential (NYSE:TCN) indicated that the company has now expanded to 3K+ rental units in 23 new home communities across the U.S. Sun Belt.  The communities are under development or under contract to be developed within Tricon's existing single-family rental investment vehicles and are being built by a number of national and regional homebuilders. The 23 communities are located across ten MSAs and is currently on track to have 600+ new homes in these communities constructed and available for rent by 2022 end, with the full pipeline expected to be delivered by 2024 end.
