TRS - Trimas EPS misses by $0.03 misses on revenue; updates full year guidance

Trimas (NASDAQ:TRS): Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.57 misses by $0.03; GAAP EPS of $0.45 misses by $0.09. Revenue of $222.4M (+11.5% Y/Y) misses by $0.92M. Press Release The Company is now estimating that TriMas’ 2021 consolidated sales growth will range between 10% to 13% vs. estimated growth of 11.69% Y/Y, as compared to full year 2020, and as compared to the previously provided sales growth range of 9% to 14%. The Company now expects full year 2021 adjusted diluted earnings per share  to be in the range of $2.18 to $2.27 vs. consensus of $2.27, from the previous range of $2.15 to $2.30 per share, and as compared to $1.92 for full year 2020. In addition, the Company has increased its 2021 free cash flow outlook from greater than 100% of net income to greater than 110% of net income.
