TRX - TRX Gold launches US$10M ATM offering

- TRX Gold ( TSX: TNX:CA ) ( NYSE: TRX ) said Friday it has entered into an at-the-market offering agreement, under which it may offer and sell common shares to raise US$10 million.

H.C. Wainwright is acting as the lead agent and Roth Capital Partners co-agent for the ATM offering.
