TTEC Holdings, Inc. ( TTEC ) recently reported a quarterly increase in the operating margin driven by utilization improvements and decreases in employee-related expenses. Considering the company's recent reorganization efforts, I would be expecting new operating margin improvements in the near future. TTEC could also benefit substantially from efforts to develop AI tools for the customer experience market, which is expected to grow substantially in the next decade. I do see a number of risks from an increase in the interest rates, changes in the data protection and privacy laws, or issues with clients paying a bit late.
