ADSK - Twilio Palo Alto Networks Intuit listed among top 2022 picks at Mizuho
Twilio (NYSE:TWLO), Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ:PANW) and Intuit (NASDAQ:INTU) are among the top software stocks for 2022 at Mizuho, as the research firm believes a continued economic recovery, along with a less-than-expected deceleration in growth across the broader economy could boost shares, especially as valuations are declining. Analysts Gregg Moskowitz, Siti Panigrahi and Matthew Broome note software vendors that are working in areas like digital transformation, work from anywhere, data and analytics, DevOps, security, customer data platforms and early wage access in payroll are likely to continue benefiting from strong secular trends. Among the 48 names they cover, the aforementioned companies, as well as Jamf Holdings (NASDAQ:JAMF), Atlassian (NASDAQ:TEAM), Ceridian HCM Holding (NYSE:CDAY), Autodesk (NASDAQ:ADSK) and Bentley Systems (NASDAQ:BSY) should benefit. The firm rates Jamf Holdings (JAMF) buy with a $48 price target and believes that Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) move into device management presents a "very modest" risk to Jamf's business
