TWTR - Twitter-Musk trial still on track for now - judge
- Twitter ( NYSE: TWTR ) and Elon Musk are still on a collision course for an Oct. 17 trial to settle the fate of their $44B buyout, the judge presiding over the matter indicates, though the parties are in talks about what to do next.
- "The parties have not filed a stipulation to stay this action, nor has any party moved for a stay," Delaware Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick says in a Wednesday afternoon ruling .
- "I, therefore, continue to press on toward our trial set to begin on October 17, 2022."
