MSCI Real Capital Analytics reported that U.S. commercial real estate ((CRE)) transaction volumes rose +17% in 3Q25, while upwardly revising 2Q25 to +12% (from an initially reported +7%). As a result, total volumes for the first nine months of 2025 were 17% higher than during the same period in 2024....
