The U.S. and EU also will pledge to finding a solution to the lingering aircraft dispute, which involves illegal government aid provided to Boeing (BA) and Airbus (EADSY), before July 11, according to the report. The two sides already had agreed to suspend aircraft tariffs until July to facilitate a settlement. Shares of Harley-Davidson (HOG) and Levi Strauss (LEVI) - among American imports hit with tariffs - also spiked as the Bloomberg report was released in mid-afternoon.
