U.S. Foods Holding Co ( NYSE: USFD ) set an all-time high on Thursday as an increase in orders during Q4 pushed sales to $8.9B, $100M above what the Street expected. The food distributor said total case volume was up 5.6% in Q4 as hospitality case volume increased 5% and healthcare volume was up 8.1%....
