USPH - U.S. Physical Therapy acquires five physical therapy practice

U.S. Physical Therapy (USPH) has completed the acquisition of a five clinic physical therapy practice for purchase price of $11.9M.USPH acquired 70% of the equity interests with the practice’s founder and associates retaining 30%. The business generates ~$7M in annual revenue and has approximately 46,000 patient visits per year. The acquisition is first one of 2021 and second in the past four months.In December 2020, the company completed the acquisition of three-clinic physical therapy practice.
