UURAF - Ucore Rare Metals readies 1-for-10 share consolidation

Ucore Rare Metals (UURAF) announces plans for 1-for-20 share consolidation/reverse stock split, that will bring down its outstanding shares to ~41.05M on a non-dilutive basis.Th special meeting will be held on Dec. 3 for shareholders' approval on consolidation. Once approved, the company expects the consolidation to be implemented late this year.The company says a reduced number of shares outstanding will make its shares more attractive to certain investors  who prefer shares valued above certain minimum prices and will also better position it for a potential future listing on a senior US stock exchange.
