• Udemy’s stock lost more than 60% of its value in a short time.
• The cut has resulted in a cheap current EV/gross profit valuation now, but even more so for the 5-year forward multiple, creating possibilities for a multi-bagger opportunity.
• Personally, however, I am not buying this stock in the short term due to its risk level.
• Risks are its extremely negative momentum, its negative industry momentum, negative EBITDA, decreasing consumer revenue, and questions on the impact of increasing competition.
• I will wait for more stable times for the stock before I will consider buying it.
