RARE - Ultragenyx grants stock options restricted stock units
Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc.
Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical ( NASDAQ: RARE ) granted of non-qualified stock options to buy 13K common shares and 6.5K restricted stock units to one newly hired non-executive officer.
The awards were granted under the Ultragenyx Employment Inducement Plan, the company said in an Oct. 5 press release.
Ultragenyx noted that the stock options have a 10-year term and an exercise price of $41.41 per share, equal to the per share closing price of the company's common stock on Sept. 30.
