Unilever ( NYSE: UL ) said on Wednesday that it agrees to acquire Colorado-based Yasso Holdings, a premium frozen Greek yogurt brand in the United States, for an undisclosed sum.

The move fits with Unilever's Ice Cream portfolio, Yasso now joins the portfolio's other premium brands like Ben & Jerry's, Magnum, and Talenti.
