UNIT - Uniti Group launches senior notes offering

• Uniti Group ( NASDAQ: UNIT ) subsidiaries have launched a private offering of $1,750 million of senior secured notes due 2028.
• A portion of the net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the partial redemption of Uniti's ( UNIT ) outstanding 7.875% senior secured notes due 2025.
• The issuers expect to redeem $1,422 million aggregate principal amount of the 2025 Secured Notes on March 4, 2023 at a redemption price of 101.969% of the redeemed principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the redemption date.
• In connection with the pricing of the new notes, the issuers plan to issue a conditional notice of partial redemption for the 2025 Secured Notes, conditioned upon completion of one or more debt financings in an aggregate principal amount of at least $1.75B.
