Uniti Group ( NASDAQ: UNIT ) on Tuesday announced that it intends to offer $300 million in convertible senior notes due 2027.
Shares -10.8% after the bell.
The company said it also intends to grant to the initial purchasers of the convertible notes an option to purchase up to an additional $45 million of notes.
The convertible notes will mature on December 1, 2027, unless earlier repurchased, redeemed or converted.
