UNVR - Univar Solutions Names Heather Kos Vice President of Investor Relations
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Univar Inc. (NYSE: UNVR) ("Univar Solutions"), a global chemical and ingredient distributor and provider of value-added services, today named Heather Kos as vice president, investor relations. Kos succeeds David Lim, who will transition to vice president of corporate development, to focus on the Company's M&A program, portfolio management, and successful integration of the recent Nexeo Solutions acquisition.
Kos brings more than 15 years of investor relations experience with extensive knowledge in finance and the investment community. She is a certified public accountant, a certified management accountant and earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a master's degree from DePaul University.

She also serves on the Certification Scheme Committee for the National Investor Relations Institute and is chair of the Manufacturers Alliance's Investor Relations Council.
