Revenue of $139.1M (-7.6% Y/Y).
GAAP gross margins were 28.3%, compared to 29.7%;
Adjusted Non-GAAP gross margins were 29.1%, compared to 30.5%.
Q3 Outlook: GAAP net sales to range between $145 million and $155 million, compared to $155.6 million in the third quarter of 2021. GAAP earnings per diluted share for the third quarter of 2022 are expected to range from $0.39 to $0.49, compared to a GAAP loss per share of $0.07 in the third quarter of 2021.
Company expects Adjusted Non-GAAP net sales to range from $145 million to $155 million, compared to $155.7 million in the third quarter of 2021. Adjusted Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share are expected to range from $0.70 to $0.80, compared to Adjusted Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share of $1.03 in the third quarter of 2021. The third quarter 2022 Adjusted Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share estimate excludes $0.31 per share
