UI continues efforts to seek to sell its 20 acreundeveloped Belize island property (see prior news release of June 7,2023) and a further update will be provided as more informationbecomes available.
The Company advises that Deloitte LLP have chosen toresign as auditors of the Company for its pending fiscal year endedJuly 31, 2023 and that UI is working on engaging a replacement auditorfirm. The Company notes that there were no “reportable events”(NI 51-102, sub-section 4.11) related to Deloitte LLP.
