UpHealth (NYSE:UPH) announced that Samuel J. Meckey will join as CEO in July. With considerable healthcare experience in publicly traded companies, Meckey was most recently EVP and Head of Healthcare at EXLService, data analytics, digital operations, technology and solutions company. Mr. Meckey replaces Dr. Ramesh Balakrishnan, who will be moving to another role as announced in prior month; he will now be the Chief Strategy Officer until the new CEO assumes the role.
