ANLDF - Uranium Energy gets $18M 25 Wyoming ISR projects via Uranium One deal
Uranium Energy (NYSE:UEC) said Wednesday it closed a series of transactions with Anfield Energy (OTCQB:ANLDF) which resolve $18.3M of indebtedness to the company via 50% cash and 50% in Anfield shares. The transactions also include a property swap agreement in which Uranium Energy (UEC) will receive Anfield's portfolio of 25 in-situ recovery uranium projects in Wyoming in exchange for UEC's Slick Rock and Long Park projects in Colorado. Uranium Energy (UEC) said the Wyoming ISR asset portfolio will increase its Wyoming land holdings by 50%, adding more than 55K acres of federal mining claims and state mineral leases. President and CEO Amir Adnani also praised the Biden administration's proposed plan to transition away from Russian nuclear fuel supply. Uranium Energy (UEC) shares surged 17% in Tuesday's trading following reports that Biden is seeking support for a $4.3B plan to buy enriched uranium directly from domestic producers.
