UONE - Urban One rallies 12% rebounding from monthlong 69% slide

With virtually all of the S&P 500 stocks lower out of the open today, radio broadcaster Urban One (UONE) has rallied 12.1% with trading now under way. No stranger to double-digit daily moves over the past year, the stock has strung together heavy declines over the past three weeks. Since hitting a 52-week high of $24.16 on June 11 - a day where it rose 33% - UONE has declined 69%, culminating in yesterday's 9% drop.
