UONE - Urban One to acquire four Houston radio stations from Cox Media

Urban One ( NASDAQ: UONE ) said it had signed an agreement with Cox Media Group to buy its Houston radio cluster to strengthen it business in the city.
Under the agreement, Urban One will acquire 93Q Country KKBQ-FM, classic rock station The Eagle 106.9 & 107.5 KHPT-FM and KGLK-FM, and Country Legends 97.1 KTHT-FM.
Urban One said it will divest stations to comply with Federal Communications Commission ownership regulations.
