UTME - UTime receives non-compliance notice from Nasdaq
- UTime ( NASDAQ: UTME ) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq notice saying it is not in compliance with the timely filing requirement for continued listing.
- UTME has not yet filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended Mar. 31, 2022 with the SEC.
- The firm has up to 60 days to either cure the deficiency or submit a plan on how it intends to regain compliance.
- If the plan is accepted, Nasdaq can grant UTME an exception of up to 180 days from the filing's deadline, or till Feb. 13 to regain compliance.
- The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company’s securities. In the event, if the company fails to timely regain compliance with the rule, the company’s securities will be subject to delisting from Nasdaq.
