Vehicle care company Valvoline (NYSE:VVV) purchased the remaining 50% interest in its joint venture, VCA Solutions, from its former JV partner, effective May 1. VCA Solutions, a distributor of automotive batteries and battery testing equipment, was created in 2019 through an exclusive partnership between VVV and automotive lead-acid and AGM batteries supplier, Club Assist.
