Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - July 7, 2023 – VanadiumCorp Resource Inc.(TSXV:VRB) (FSE:NWNA) (OTC:APAFF) (the "Company”) announces that it has granted, pursuant to its10% rolling Stock Option Plan, stock options to certain eligibledirectors, officers and consultants of the Company or its subsidiariesto purchase a total of 4,775,000 common shares in the capital of theCompany, subject to any regulatory approval. The stock options areexercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $0.14per share and vest as to 50% immediately and 50% in oneyear.
