• Global medical technology company, Vapotherm ( NYSE: VAPO ) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with investors through a private placement financing for gross proceeds of ~$23M.
• Pursuant to the agreement, the company agreed to issue 17.5M shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 4.4M shares.
• The pre-funded warrants will have a term of 30 years and an exercise price of $0.001 per share.
• Closing expected to occur on February 10, 2023.
• Net proceeds from the offering primarily for sales and marketing, working capital, and other general corporate purposes.
• Stock trades 8% higher .
